The raw material composition and calcination of calcium carbide determine the calcium carbide gas yield generation qulaily. We choose calcium carbide with a gas yield capacity of 300 or above for crushing (each piece of calcium carbide cake weighs about 1.1 tons). Use PE60X90 type Jaw crusher to crush the calcium carbide, enters Roller sieve through Conveyor belt.The particle size is distinguished by controlling the diameter of the Roller sieve. 

The customized size of the sieve plate is 120mm，100mm，80mm，70mm，50mm，40mm，25mm，15mm，10mm，5mm. During the crushing process, we will use Magnets to remove impurities such as ferrosilicon and other iron components to ensure the quality of the calcium carbide.The dust generated during the crushing process of calcium carbide will be filtered through a sieve at the first discharge outlet. During the crushing process, samples of calcium carbide with different particle sizes are taken for quality monitoring, and records and production time for each batch are kept.
