The crushed calcium carbide will be packed into drum according to particle size, and currently the main export packaging is 50kg and 100kg iron drums. We will pack according to the customer's required size.Before pack the calcium carbide into the drum, we will clean the dust inside the packaging drum. If the drum is found to be damp or damaged, it will no longer be used.The distance (height) from the discharge port to the bottom of the drum is around 0.5 meters. In order to reduce the dust generated by the free fall of calcium carbide during the packing process, we increase the discharge speed and control the drop height through the ground lifting system to ensure uniform particle size and reduce powder.

During the packing process, we monitor the weight at any time through a weighing system to ensure the weight of each drum. After packing, the unsealed packaging drums will be transferred to the sealing area through a conveyor belt. We will use an automated capping machine for the work. At the same time as sealing, use strong adhesive to ensure the sealing, so that during loading, unloading, and transportation, the drum lid is not easily detached and may cause calcium carbide to flow out.After the sealing is completed, the finished calcium carbide will be sent to the Nitrogen filling area.
