We use dangerous goods transport vehicles to transport finished calcium carbide to the port. During the loading process, we carefully verify the quantity, size, batch, and other information. The loading and unloading personnel will use anti-static forklifts with pallets to load each drum of calcium carbide into the truck. And the warehouse administrator shall issue the outbound notice. The truck driver will promptly deliver the goods to the port for loading according to the route and time.

The dangerous goods warehouse at the port will load the goods according to the booking information. During the loading process, photos and videos will be taken. We have prepared empty drums in the hazardous goods warehouse we cooperate with at the port. If the carbide drum is found to be broken or the lid falls off during loading and unloading, it will be used for replacement. Although the probability is small, we are still prepared.

工厂至天津港的距离为1150KM，运输时间约1天；距离上海港的距离2100KM，运输时间约2.5天 。我们使用危险品运输车，将成品桶装电石运输到港口，在装车过程中，我们将仔细核验数量、型号、批次等信息。装卸搬运人员将使用防静电叉车、托盘将每一桶电石装进卡车。并由仓库管理员签发出库通知单。卡车司机将按路线、时间及时送到港口进行装箱。港口危险品仓库将按订舱信息进行装箱。装箱过程中将进行拍照、视频。我们在合作的危险品仓库准备了空桶，如在装卸过程中发现电石桶破裂或桶盖脱落，将用于更换包装。尽管这种机率较小，但我们还是做好了准备。
