      The main raw material is calcium carbide, mixed with high-temperature composite binders, and formed into spherical shapes through extrusion equipment. After heat treatment to enhance hardness, solid spherical shapes are formed. This product is used for desulfurization and reacts immediately when placed in water, producing acetylene gas with a fast reaction rate. Laboratory data shows a reaction rate of 10-12 seconds. Transport packaging should be sealed and filled with inert gas to prevent physical reactions with air. Protect from rainwater, store in a dry place, and do not leak into the air.
